Sometimes its a simple kick up the backside that works wonders, other times you need someone to over look your entire revision plan and keep pushing you. Everyone is different.
It may seem scary speaking to other about your exams stress and worries, but we've all been through it, you are not alone. Bottling it up can make things even more difficult and make things worse for you. Sometimes opening out to someone who has already had the same experience and allowing them to advice you can help.
Our Don't Panic: Exam Stress Sessions do just that. Our expert team of youth workers can help you get yourself organised, help you find find a suitable place for revision and support you through mentoring every step of the way to ensure you stay happy and healthy throughout your exam period.
